How to Delete Your Account
If you want to delete your NotaGo account, please follow these steps within the app:
Account Deletion Steps

Open NotaGo App
Launch the NotaGo app on your mobile device and ensure you're logged into the account you want to delete.

Tap the Menu Icon
On the main screen, tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner to open the sidebar menu.

Tap Your Profile Picture
In the sidebar menu, tap on your profile picture or username to access your account settings.

Tap Delete Account
In the account settings page, find and tap the "Delete Account" option. You'll be asked to confirm this action.
⚠️ Important Notice
- •Account deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.
- •All your notes, recordings, images, and other data will be permanently deleted.
- •We recommend exporting your important data before deleting your account.
- •After deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, and backup data within 90 days.
